Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all personal data we hold about you.

Your Right to Deletion

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and international privacy standards, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what gets deleted, what we may be required to retain, and how to make a request.

Option 1: Delete Via the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the Nuff Reg app:

  1. Open the Nuff Reg app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Your account deletion will be processed within 30 days of your request.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
